Refund and Returns Policy for HealthXSuri Baby World

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are here to help. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
- Products like BabyBjorn, Bugaboo, Carter’s, and Stokke are eligible for returns as long as they meet the above criteria.
Certain items, including personalized products or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us at info@healthxsuri.com for clarification.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@healthxsuri.com or call us at (717) 867-2402 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. You must include the RA number on the return package to ensure proper processing.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during the return process.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
4. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. You can initiate a return as described above, and once the refund is processed, you can place a new order.
5. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- Personalized products (e.g., custom engraved items)
- Hygiene-related products, such as baby clothes and accessories that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless defective or damaged.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund for any defective or damaged products. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help expedite the process.
7. Return Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. If we determine that the returned item is ineligible for a refund, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back at your expense.
8. Gift Returns If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for store credit or a different item of equal value. Please contact us for assistance in processing a gift return.
